whenever i play games like Gta 5, Pubg pc lite or pubg mobile emulator. after 10 minutes my screen gets pink or sometimes gray, white, sometimes black.
There it is another issue with Shutup10 breaking the w10 os. Did an update yesterday and was wondering today what the hell takes so long. Apparently it was at around 7.8GB because of the update so I changed the minimum to 3GB and maximum to 4.9GB, that fixed the bootup problem. Select the executable file or the .exe file which in this case should be bl3.exe. Before the update and after the update after waking from sleep or a reboot after I log in I get a complete black screen the only way I found to fix it without restarting is to log out and log back in again.

After the last Windows 10 update KB I found a loss of about 15 fps on P3D. Well now I'm going to have to go home and check my CPU temps because I'm sure this update automatically installed. Well you need 1903 for sure if you want to use any new Gamepass games, but this smaller update seems optional. I haven't noticed it on both my Surface laptop or my gaming desktop, yet I keep Cortana shit turned off since it's basically useless to me. Have they said anything about when a fix should be available? My Laptop has been trying to update since this new update came out and I almost gave in the other day lol. At least for me I just use a local account never signed into Cortana, and then just turned off all the task bar stuff related to her, and I've never had an issue with it.
The other problem is that some users are finding their CPU use persistently high. When they look at the Task Manager for details, they find the Cortana voice assistant tool is listed as using around 40 percent of the CPU. You are getting good FPS your GPU usage should be quite high. Use MSI Afterburner to monitor the CPU/GPU usage during game. occasionally i play DOTA2 and LOL and both games suffer the same issue.
I have used it 9+ times, loading OS onto my crunching farm (different distro's and WIN 10). System is an A-10 with an MSI board, memory is good, using a patriot USB, 2 drives have been converted to gpt main drive, loading OS onto is a 500gb toshibe laptop drive at 7200 rpm. I have now also enabled web search, in case I have to reverse the directory name change or allow searchui.exe for anything. The high CPU usage of SearchUI might of been caused by third party apps used to disable Cortana similar to disabling Telemetry. Microsoft really should be paying Windows 10 users for being beta testers instead of users having to pay Microsoft. As ever apparently, there are as many variations to an answer as there are PCs with Windows 10 and this update installed.
“In Task Manager, right-click the task and select open file location, rename the Cortana folder and press enter. You will get an error because Cortana is still running, you need to end the task and then quickly press the Try again button for the rename before the task restarts. That's the one I wanted, so Ignored the rest, and they're working fine. I am not a pro but, I have loaded numerous Windows OS's and even have 10 on this box I am writing this on.
a fix, as specified in this link, you need to uninstall the update KB . employment drops to 1% and fps on P3D return as before the Windows 10 update.
