Bunkhouse Hotels Joins World of Hyatt Program

World of Hyatt is expanding its portfolio by welcoming Bunkhouse Hotels, known for their unique, community-centric experiences. This phased rollout begins July 16th, 2023, allowing World of Hyatt members to earn and redeem points at participating Bunkhouse locations. Initially, Hotel Saint Cecilia, Hotel St. Augustine, Hotel San Jose, Austin Motel, Carpenter Motel, Hotel San Cristobal, and Hotel San Fernando will be included. Each hotel has been assigned a World of Hyatt category, influencing point redemption values. Notably, Hotel San Fernando is the only property where Category 1-4 Free Night Awards can be used.

The integration offers several benefits for World of Hyatt members. They can earn 5 base points per dollar spent at participating Bunkhouse, The Standard, and The StandardX hotels. World of Hyatt cardholders receive an additional 4 bonus points per dollar. Stays contribute toward elite status and Milestone Rewards, unlocking perks like late checkout and room upgrades (subject to availability). The addition of Bunkhouse, The Standard, and The StandardX expands the options for the Brand Explorer award, requiring stays at five different brands.
