Amex Cashback Boosts Accor, Malaysia Airlines, Relais & Châteaux

American Express cardholders can benefit from three new and extended cashback offers, enhancing savings on hotel stays and flights.

The first deal, poorly marketed in the Amex app, provides £50 back on a cumulative spend of £250 at participating Accor brands. While the app highlights Pullman and Movenpick, the offer generously covers major brands like Novotel and Swissotel. Valid until mid-March 2026, this global offer allows cumulative spending, making the £250 target easily achievable across various international locations, from Argentina to Austria. The primary benefit is the long duration and broad hotel coverage, though users must click into the offer details to see its full scope, which is a minor risk of oversight.

Secondly, Malaysia Airlines has relaunched an Amex cashback deal, offering £60 back on a cumulative spend of £650 by December 1, 2025. This marks a return of such offers after a five-year gap. Finally, the Relais & Chateaux cashback offer has been extended until November 19, providing £100 back on a cumulative spend of £500 or more. A significant benefit is that cashback is triggered by checkout spend, allowing cardholders to leverage other booking avenues like American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts (for Platinum cardholders, choosing ‘pay on departure') or luxury travel partners for additional perks.
